Great experience for first timers!
Myself and a couple of friends were looking for activities around and came across this on Tripadvisor. Although I am not a gun nut myself, the experience was very enjoyable and the English speaking guide was really helpful. You get to shoot a variety of guns in a couple of different settings, and can keep the shooting targets as proof of your accuracy! Would recommend.

Gun range trip!
This was a fantastic way to spend a morning. Driver came to collect us from our apartment and dropped us back. He explained all about our experience and was also really helpful in giving us ideas for the rest of the day. The shooting was great fun all the instructors were really helpful and managed to help both me a novice and my boyfriend who has lots of experience

Great experience, Good instructor…..!
The driver was very nice with good english speaking. He allowed me to sit inside his car when outside was raining in shooting place. The instructor also speak good english, he has so much patient to teach me how to use the gun, and what is the best position to hold the gun. They gave me compliments always. After the whole tour, driver (sorry i forget his name) always care about my needs, asked me if i need to go to toilet, and on his car, he said he can take me to the coffee shop to have some coffee or tea, then he also asked me anywhere I want to go, he can send me there. Anyway, I enjoyed the shooting and would recommend you join this tour.

This was suuuch a good experience! I had the simplest package, but wish i would have bought a bigger one cause it was so fun. Great guide! Great location, and a really friendly owner. I forgot a bag with my hat in it, and they drove it to hotel without me even asking. The hotel is 40 minutes from the location. Such a kind gesture!

One of the Best Things I Ever Did
Had a blast at the Shooting Range…far more than I expected and I was already over excited. Learned a lot at the same time.
Picked up on time at my hotel by Alex, great guy and professional. The instructors were all ex-army and their professionalism is evident from the outset. First and foremost was the safety and procedures. Then we got straight into it. AKM, Sniper with scope…etc. In all, 5 different type guns were used and covered various distances and targets.
Hot teas and coffees helped thaw my fingers as it was minus 8 degrees that day in January.
The experience was the highlight of my Kiev weekend.

Trip to Kiev shooting range…
Driver collected from hotel on time. English speaking very friendly helpful and knowledgable . Trip to range took around 45 to an hour but well worth it. Staff at range professional and helpful. Weapons all top grade and package as advertised . Excellent trip with good people who I would totally recommend for a trip to this exciting package.

Nice experience if you never shot before real guns!
We visited the shooting range with 5 people (package 3) and had a lot of fun.
The transfer from the hotel to the shooting range was very comfortable.
The guns are only available with semi-automatic fire mode, no auto-fire – but this is normal due to legal reasons in Ukraine.

If i have to criticize one thing, it will be the missing seat bealts in the bus.

Great experience!!!
We agreed with Alex to meet by the Ukraina Hotel by the maiden Square. From there he drove 30mn roughly to the range.
Alex briefed me on how to use the different weapons before the instructor took over, so I benefited from two sets of instructions, which was great for a first timer.
Everyone speaks good English, there is a wide range of weapons, all in stirling condition.
I went for package 3 and bought extra Ak47 bullets for a last round. Alex helped me to immortalise this moment by taking a number of cool pics.
It was fun, safe, varied and informative. I enjoyed myself.

Great experience
Staff are super friendly and are really helpful.
They explained in so much detail how to use the guns And tried to relax you as much as possible
Even tho it was nerve racking hearing gun shots every second!
If anything there too laid back (haha) but it’s controlled, they just don’t impede your experience.

We shot a glock first with 10 bullets
m4 10 bullets
Ak47 10 bullets
Shot gun 10 bullets
And sniper rifle 10 bullets
All the guns were amazing to use and it just shows you how hard it can be just to pull a trigger on a real gun!
The shot gun was the most exciting one to video as you can put it in slow motion and watch it back and it looks really cool seeing your body react to the kick back off the shot!
I would defiantly recommend the experience!
And will do it again in the future!

Fun at the gun range
Had an awesome time with our tour guide Alex and our instructors were great. We really enjoyed the gun range and the opportunity to upgrade our packages.

Very good and nice instructors, outdoor range. Unique experience.
I recommend going for package 2 or 3 due to the many types of guns you can try out. The instructor we had was a fun guy, ex-military. He trains military personal at this shooting range aswell. Considering the broad ammount of guns available and special ammunnition including pick up and drop off I think pricewise it’s a fair amount they are asking for this tour. When I have the opportunity I would certainly go again

Alex is an incredible tour guide, and made the tour a great experience. I am an American traveling Europe, and this tour was one of the highlights. Very little shooting experience, but I can’t imagine a similar experience in America. Picked me up right from the hotel, and after the 30 minute drive, I was shooting right out of the gate. Would recommend to anyone. An unforgettable experience.

Die Abholung am Hotel war sehr pünktlich, der Fahrer hat uns alles schon auf der Fahrt erklärt, der Instruktor war ein sehr erfahrener Schütze mit Donbass-Erfahrung. Man ist auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen, hat uns sehr gut alles gezeigt und erklärt, gelobt und geholfen. Alle waren sehr kompetent und sehr nett. Eine sehr große, zusätzliche Waffenauswahl, man kann jederzeit noch weiter Waffen ausprobieren und auch weiter Munition dazukaufen. Der Schießplatz liegt etwa 30km außerhalb von Kiew, ist eine Naturbahn und überdacht. Wir durften unsere Zielscheibenblätter mitnehmen.

chose the package 2 option as it gives you a variety of all different type of guns and i enjoyed every second of it, i was collected from the hotel lobby as said and taken to the countryside where i met alex who was very experienced and detailed in instructing me on how to correctly hold and shoot the guns. i would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to give a shooting range a try for the first time.

The pick up was efficient and on time. At the shooting range the briefing was good but most importantly the instruction before and during the shoot was first class. My son and I were on the 70 shot package with a range of 7 guns. All aspects of the shoot were good, the continual help with each weapon and patience despite my very limited ability to hit a target at first. Overall it was a great experience, well organised and professionally run. I would recommend it without question

Amazing Experience – knowledgeable and friendly tour guide!
I went for the package #4 solo. My tour guide picked me up from my hotel (hotel Ukraine) and drove to the range location (~35minutes driving). There was a short briefing for safety and technique for each gun but no time was wasted. In summary it was an incredible experience handled in a safe and professional manner. My tour guide also gave tips for sightseeing in the city on the way to the range. I would highly recommend this experience to all.

Very competent instructor, which is why I found this experience despite live ammunition very safe. Try it!

Fabulous fun!
Pick up was on time however the trip to the venue by minivan was rather whitenuckle! All the professionals involved were extremely patient and explained all the safety requirements for each weapon. I had the number 2 package and had a amazing time even though my aim wasn’t great!!! Opportunities at the end to be photographed with the guns. I would highly recommend this experience. 5* fun.

We were met at the hotel by the very friendly Alex who drove us to the shooting range just outside Kiev.
We went for package number 5 – the “vintage package”
The staff on site were very professional, friendly, helpful and patient as we got used to firing the different weapons. There were also additional guns which were available to fire for an additional charge. All in all it was a fantastic experience and definitely worth doing while in Kiev.

Me and 3 friends had an absolutely fantastic time at this shooting range. We picked package 3 which gave us 7 guns with 10 rounds each. The rep picked us up outside the hotel Ukraine and drove us to the shooting range on the outskirts of the city. The shooting range itself came across as very professionally run, with competent instructors that not only ensure that we were safe and that we were using a good techniques, but also that the experience was enjoyable.
I would highly recommend using this shooting range if you are ever in Kiev. I know if i ever visit Kiev, I will be calling them up.

Booked on with my finance for the AK-47 and sniper rifle shooting package. Was picked up from hotel ukrainia and taken to the shooting range. Everything was explained in a safe and controlled way. Really enjoyable day out and just wished we booked in extra guns package. Defo worth a visit if you are in Kiev

We were a group of five from the UK. Had an amazing time and experience, guide was polite and spoke good English. Guns were great and we felt safe and reassured.
If there Is one thing I would say It’s that we would have loved to fire more guns!! If there was an opportunity to fire more on the day I think we would have taken It, so that’s a shame but It’s a compliment to how good It was.

Eine geile Erfahrung für jeden der einmal solche Waffen abfeuern will. Der Transport erfolgte in einem normalen Pkw und hat ca. 30 min gedauert. Wir waren auf einer Outdoor Schießanlage außerhalb von Kiew. Wir waren auf einer 100m Bahn mit Zielen auf ich meine 15, 75 und 100 m. Man wird sowieso nicht wirklich was Treffen, aber das Gefühl für die Wucht der einzelnen Waffen bekommt man trotzdem. Der Instruktor eine eine kurze Einweisung gegeben und dann ging es auch schon los. Je nachdem welches Paket man selber und die Mitschießenden gebucht haben, ist man auch schnell wieder weg.

We went with some friends for a birthday. We had a great time! It was professional and well organized. Everyone wore gloves and masks, and they sanitized the equipment between each use. The staff is patient and helpful. They explain – clearly in English – the safety rules and teach you how to shoot. The friends that had never shot even a BB gun were hitting 100m targets by the end of our visit.

First time in Kyiv and glad I decided to take this tour!
Had to go to Kyiv for business but did have a little bit of free time to spare, so I decided to take this tour. The tour guide Alex was on time at my hotel, very knowledgable, and truly a great host for my first time in Ukraine. The shooting range was not that far from downtown and the drive on they way there was interesting because you get to see a lot of the city. Another thing which was nice you had the option to try a large list of weapons once you got to the range which are not listed on the original booking forum. They do not make you feel rushed or pressure you in anyway into buying more ammunition, you can buy as little or as much as want. The shooting instructors are military grade and very professional. They give you a full lesson on how to use each weapon in great detail which i found helpful and made the whole experience more enjoyable. If your in Kyiv its worth taking the time to experience.

Really fun time
The whole booking experience went very smooth. After being picked up by a car in the city centre, we went to a large shooting range half hour out of Kiev. The instructor there was very good and also entertaining. Both my girlfriend and I had lots of fun. For first timers, trying the Kalashnikov and the M4 is a fun experience that I can highly recommend!

Schietbaan 30 minuten van Kiev
We moesten ‘s middags vliegen, dus we hadden beperkte tijd. Begeleider Aleks was erg flexibel en bracht ons zelf naar het vliegveld achteraf. De schietbaan zelf, ongeveer 30 minuten van Kiev en van het vliegveld, was erg mooi, goede instructie en ruime keuze uit wapens.

We absolutely loved it! The shooting range has a good selection of guns! Alex (our English speaking instructor) and all instructors from the range were very nice! We shoot four guns at 100 meter range outside and three guns at the same distance inside! We also had a chance to throw a granade! It was awesome!

You have the opportunity to test different weapons in an interesting place. it was a lot of fun. There was a professional guide who showed you everything. I can highly recommend it to everyone.

Excelente experiencia! Recomiendo 100%. Alex, el guía es una persona muy amena, que habla inglés perfecto y me trasladó hasta el campo de tiro. Una vez allí recibí la explicación sobre cómo disparar ya que era mi primera vez por parte del instructor y pasé una tarde increíble. Las armas están en una excelente condición. Volveré a realizar el tour con ellos si vuelvo a estar en Kyiv.

I was driven to the shooting range location by Oksana who was very nice, took advantage of the time spent on the road to tell me a lot of interesting things to know about the city. I would recommend a package with several guns. I took package 5 and loved it!

I was picked-up right on-time by Pjotr at Hotel Ukraine. Ride to the shooting range is quite an adventure and takes about 40 minutes. Aleksey, our instructor was very friendly and professional.
Very good advise and decent instruction on diverse portfolio of all weapons. Also my 10-years old son, who joined me on my trip, was very welcome and could show-of during photo shoot.

Super cool, entspannte Fahrt raus zur Anlage, ca. 1h vom Treffpunkt entfernt. Vor Ort werden die waffen von einem englischsprechenden Instructor gut erklärt, auch während man schießt gibt er immer wieder Hinweise bzgl. Körperhaltung usw. Nachdem alle geschossen haben und ihre Pakete „abgearbeitet“ haben, gibt es die Möglichkeit, mit allen vorhanden Waffen Fotos zu machen. Hat sich definitiv gelohnt und muss man mal gemacht haben!

Really nice and funny instructor, we also got to take photos with other guns of our choice! It said 3-4 hours, but it probably took us 40 mins (travel time excluded) to finish shooting (package 1). Maybe it id the Max time you can spent there with the biggest package. It was really fun! We will visit you again next time we’re in Ukraina, thanks!

Sehr zu empfehlen – wer schon immer Mal mit Kriegswaffen schiessen wollte ist genau richtig.
Spontan entschieden, unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Organisation inkl. Abholung in unserem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter des Schiessstands waren sehr zuvorkommend und vor allem extrem professionell. Die Sicherheit war zu jedem Zeitpunkt gewährleistet. Wer Lust auf coole Video- und Fotoshoots hat kommt nicht zu kurz 😉 herzlichen Dank und bis zum nächsten mal.

Wollte schon immer mit einer AK schießen und diesmal habe ich endlich mal die Zeit gefunden… Habe mich trotzdem für das Packet 3 entschieden um auch andere Waffen zu probieren. Abholung funktionierte Problemlos, der Treffpunkt wurde genau und mit Fotos beschrieben. Während der Fahrt zum Schießplatz wurde der Ablauf erklärt… Am Platz selber wurde nichts unnötiges erklärt und man konnte gleich mal schießen ohne ungeduldig zu werden:)

Super Erlebnis für jeden der mal mit Freunden ballern gehen will.
Das Schießen selbst macht unglaublich Spaß. Es ist Zeit für Fotos und Videos zum Prahlen danach. Abholung per Shuttle und Rückfahrt schnell und problemlos.

For absolute beginners to firearms like me, this was a great blessing. I was taken by car to the location and back in an orderly fashion and given the opportunity to fire a variety of weapons. When I expressed discomfort with the recoil, they helpfully provided the padding that saved me from further self-embarrassment. I would highly encourage anyone interested in using firearms for the first time to come here. The choice of guns (from WW2 Soviet Sniper rifles to the Kalashnikov) provides an array of power and choice that is actually a lot wider than most countries where private gun ownership is accepted.

Los instructores son muy buenos, las armas reales aunque algunas un poco antiguas pero en general
una experiencia increíble. Como únicas pegas, nos hubiese gustado poder pagar más munición con tarjeta, y también poder disparar armas en modo automático.

Brilliant!
Absolute blast! Good guns and cool instructors. There for a few hours and straight to shooting so no messing about which was good. You get to shoot an ak47, glock, m4, etc, you chose the package.

Awesome and worthy
It was awesome..I took package 2 which goes with 5 guns. And I loved it. It is my first time but I got most of them hit. The tour was awesome and driver was good enough. The instructor however is a
gem. I loved everything about this. Though costly but worth it

Experiencia increíble, muy divertida y sobretodo segura. El instructor nos enseñó todo lo necesario. Bastante recomendable coger el paquete mas caro, si no seguramente te quedes con ganas de mas…

Ha sido una mañana muy divertida, las armas estan en perfecto estado y los instructores lo explican todo al detalle, incluso te van indicando cuando disparas hacia que lado se te ha desviado el tiro para qaciertes el siguiente. Muy recomendable!

Shooting the Breeze..and sometimes the targets.
The journey to the range took 40+ mins but time flew by as our guide Alex was a really knowledgeable person to talk to on nearly every subject and very funny too. When we arrived at the range there was a wide array of weapons and our personal shooting instructor (also called Alex) patiently took us through safety protocols and then tutored us on how to shoot a variety of firearms at the targets.
Lots of fun and a great way to spend an afternoon

We were picked up in a modern comfortable car by our driver and guide Alex who spoke very good English, he was very friendly and chatty, he informed us of what to expect once we got there.
Our instructor was also named Alex who talked us through how to use the 5 guns in our package, he was very informative and patient, due to the fact we were beginners I didn’t expect to hit any targets, but with his guidance I surprised myself and did fantastic when using 2 of the guns and even managed to hit 5 targets at 100 metres.
Our guide Alex then asked if we would like pictures of us posing with a few of the guns, which he did with our own phones. He then took us back to the location where he picked us up from.
Big thankyou to Alex and Alex for an enjoyable and memorable afternoon

Hasta La Vista, baby!
Alex, the guide from Argotour picked me up in front of the hotel Ukraina (behind Maidan). He is a quite sympathetic and cool guy, speaking English well. After one hour drive we arrived at the shooting range. The guide who instructed me about the guns was even an Alex, also speaking English well. He explained everything very understandable.
It was my first experience with guns like the Kalashnikov, Colt M4, Hatsan , Glock17, and a sniper gun. You can use between 5 different packages with different guns and different numbers of bullets.
I would never thought that it can be so difficult to hold a gun in the right position and that it needs so much concentration and muscle strength. Sometimes I needed a short break during 10 shots.
It was an amazing experience. I travelled a lot so far but such an attraction I had the first time here in Ukraine. I had some successful shots which made the attraction much more attractive.
The sniper gun was the most I liked.
So don’t hesitate if you like to experience a very special option of adrenaline kick. You don’t have to have a very strong body. Concentration and to see the target in the right way are more important.
This was something I could do again every time and every time with Argotour!

1st timeers using big guns
Hi me and my friend visited on Friday 22nd of January and had an excellent time there. Driver picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off there afterwards. Very good tutoring on the use of the guns and safety. Having only ever used a couple of small hand guns and air riffles many years ago getting the chance to use military guns was quite an experience. I would highly recommend these guys
