According to one song it is impressive to imagine the monument to Vladimir without a cross in his hand. It is true that nobody including Soviet authorities have ever succeeded in taking away his cross from the monument on Vladimir’s hill. This cross was lit up with electrical bulbs more than a hundred years ago.

Now many sights of Kyiv are illuminated in the evening hours, and we offer You to enjoy the city of Kyiv by Night. 2 hours tour begin at 09:00pm with meeting your guide and he show you the beautiful Kyiv by Night. So enjoyable!!!
I met my guide at my hotel, the guide was aware that I’d been on a day time tour of Kiev and was keen to avoid places I’d seen earlier in the day. We walked and talked. I was shown places I hadn’t seen earlier. Kiev was something to see at night. The Arch, looking down on the bridge – all lit up. It started to rain and turned into heavy rain at one point. None of this mattered to me as I was in the company of a truly fascinating lady. The night tour is a must do if you’re looking for an evening activity, and if you’re lucky enough to have the same guide as me, you’re in for at memorable 2 hours.

“City center introduction”
The tour is nice for introducing the Kiev city center. However, it is not realized as it was described since there was no pass over the Paton bridge and view of the II WW monument. The way it was realized is very similar to the one named as City Walking tour since more-or-less the same places were visited. Luckily, the tourist guides had different approach so we heard complementary information.

Brilliant and very informative!
My guide Elena was fabulous! She was very knowledgeable, answered all questions I had and gave me a fabulous insight into the history of Ukraine. Very friendly and as I did this tour on my first night in Kiev she kindly gave me tips on where best to eat. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone interested in Kiev’s rich history.

I booked the Kiev by Night Tour for two persons and decided to add the car as we had been travelling all day and I wanted to rest in between sights. We were met. at our hotel by the lovely Taya and the driver was in the car outside. Taya was really friendly, had excellent English and established what we would like to see. I’d been to Kiev once before. She took us around some of the main sights explaining history and key points, but not overbearing. She allowed time for photographs and was really good company. The 2 hours passed really quickly and we were able to extend a bit. We saw lots of places and Taya recommended a lovely restaurant. She also gave me her mobile number in case she could help with anything else during our stay. She was really a fantastic host and tour guide provided by Argotour. If I returned to Kiev, I would love to do a day tour and spend some more time getting to know Taya to see more of the city.
I must say that Taya was one of our only guides in Ukraine who turned up on time, was professional and sought to get to know us a bit as well as think of our comfort and provide an excellent tour.

I highly recommend this tour as a way to see Kiev in all it’s night glory. My guide very patiently described Kiev history and brought it to life.
